Island Weddings

Our wedding coordinator, Peggy Thompson, will guide you through a tiny quaint village wedding or a fantasy island festival -- you are the bride and groom -- you decide!

There is a white chapel overlooking the beach. The white walls overhang with scented frangi pani and brilliant bougainvillea. The bell tower plays your special song and your very closest friends and family surround you with their smiling and supportive faces.

You marry in the church, you have a lobster luncheon and the beautiful decorated catamaran docks to captain only the Bride & Groom off to their "Secret" Honeymoon house. Very Romantic.

ISLAND ADVENTURE WEDDING
Take the whole gang out on your private boat (Froggie's Out Island Adventures) and marry on the bow or on the balcony level with the most beautiful sunset over the water as your backdrop.

TAKE THE PLUNGE TOGETHER
Then dive overboard together (well maybe that is not a "good" idea but a fun idea! Your guests will certainly remember your wedding but don't forget waterproof mascara!)

GAZEBO WEDDING & CHAMPAGNE BRUNCH
A small gathering at sunrise in a tiny gazebo literally over the surf of the Atlantic for a very dramatic wedding. Follow by a champagne brunch in your honor. Start the honeymoon by noon!

ISLAND WEEKEND & PRIVATE HONEYMOON
A weekend of parties and events including island picnic, reggae band on the beach, lobster dinners culminating in the special day. You whisk off in a yacht to your private beach house with pool, King-size bed and Jacuzzi tub and we are pledged to secrecy to never reveal your location.

VIOLIN SERENADED WEDDINGS
Want to add that classic romantic touch to your wedding in the islands?  No problem, you can have Jennifer Hudson, a professional violinist, serenade you as you make your vows.  Jennifer is founder and concertmaster of the Bahamas Concert Orchestra and is widely known for her light classical and contemporary music for special occasions.   Contact her at 242-367-4009 to schedule your event.


Renewing Vows:
Another meaningful event that truly celebrates and anniversary. Plan that large reception and decorated church you never had (did you elope?) Let your children stand at the front of the church or by your sides in the beachfront gazebo. I promise there will not be a dry eye - including yours!

Remarrying:
If it is not a first wedding and perhaps there is some confusion on who to invite - why not have a vacation - just the two of you - and exchange vows. Send out lovely announcements - perhaps a photo under the coconut trees with the bridal bouquet to include your friends and family in your island secret marriage. Some times, you just want to be alone.

beautiful setting for your special day. Here is a list of legal documents
required:
Original (or notarized) copy of birth certificates or valid passports.
Parental consent if either person is under 21.
Certified copy of divorce or death certificate if either person has been
married before. Sworn affidavits if single.
Both persons must appear before the Government Administrator to apply for a
