This Bahamas Beach House is actually three separate structures united by decks offering 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, huge gourmet kitchen plus 3 kitchenettes, 3 dens, a glass living area connecting the ocean to the pool deck, lanai, two washers and dryers, outdoor grilling area, beach steps and amazing tropical gardens. This Abaco private home with pool boasts very upscale décor . The amenities are such that the owner offers the beach house to adult parties only. No smoking. The Master Suite is a stand alone ocean cottage with a King, sitting area, full bath including separate corner sunken tub and shower (the shower is a walk thru to pool and beach area for your convenience) as well as a designated dressing area. Breezy Palms master suite also includes a satellite TV, walk-in closet and laundry facilities. An office area can be set up for wireless laptop computer, fax, phone, etc. -- we know you don't want to work but this way you can and then stay longer on the island! The den includes a pull out sofa, balcony, 2nd satellite TV. The main living area is a separate building running parallel to the beach. The glass wall large room is phenomenal with open beam custom wood ceilings with ceiling fans throughout. It is the gathering place for the property. The exquisite coquina tile extends from the inside to the pool with a covered outside lanai set up as a second entertaining area. Guests enjoy alfresco living and dining rooms in addition to the great room inside living rooms and more formal dining as well as breakfast bar. There is a pantry and gourmet kitchen with pass-thru window service to pool deck area. The living area also includes a half bath and additional washer and dryer. Two living room set ups -- back to back -- one facing the Atlantic Ocean and the other facing the lush tropical gardens and extensive pool deck. Across the pool is a lovely two story, colonial Victorian shuttered building with both floors offering tfour masters with Queens. Each bedroom has a full bath, French doors leading to the pool deck and main living area and two garden level. All four bedrooms two pool level and two garden level open to a shared den with Satellite TV and kitchenette featuring mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, sink and toaster oven. The home’s entry is a two story gazebo with towering palms but guests have the option of driving directly to the main living building and unloading groceries or guests who don’t enjoy stairs. Once in the main living building, the home is all one level. This home allows for great together times and lots of opportunities for privacy and quiet times. Breezy Palms is located in the Tahiti Beach area with a private slip at the Tahiti Beach owner’s dock. The home is ready for any island situation with generator and watermaker. Anyone who has stayed here has come again and again so be sure to book as soon as you are sure this is the Abaco beach house for you.
