Third floor is an additional Master with sitting area, ensuite bath, large closet and bay windows for views of tropical gardens. Guest bedroom with double and twin bed and large bath as well as additional sleeping in alcoved area separated by plantation shutter offering a pull-out couch and private balcony. This beach house is a quick walk to Hope Town's charming shops and restaurants. Key West inspired home boasts open beam and cathedral ceilings, windows galore and porches and balconies everywhere! Hardwood and classic tiled flooring, central air-condition with ceiling fans in all rooms. Guests tell us its the best beach in town with great view of lighthouse. Fully equipped open kitchen with all amenities including large breakfast bar. Dining areas inside and out. With two Master Bedrooms, one on each floor its perfect for two families. Outdoor area offers huge shaded coconut grove on west side and covered and open decks literally overhanging the dune. Gorgeous swimming and snorkeling right in your backyard. Great teak furniture outside. Cable TV, phone, VHF, games, books, lots of extras. 10 Max.
Second time at Town Break. We loved the improvements that were made to the property. Your staff is amazing - Steve,"Red",and Nettie were so accomodating. The home was very clean and plenty of towels, etc. I offered 4 stars only because the living and dining areas and deck cocktail table are meager compared to the number and size of bedrooms. Wish we could have all sat together for cocktails on the deck and for meals in the dining area. But we knew this ahead of time and it is not a significant downside to keep us from requesting Town Break again next year. If I knew our dates I would book it today. We love the location and proximity to town. See you next year, and thank you for being so kind and helpful to us.
