This beach house is suitable for both couples and families. A large rear deck is perfect for watching kids on the beach, alfresco dining or simply enjoying the Sunrise or Stars. The other side of the home has a sea grape grove and tropical grounds to the offer shade during the hot sunny Bahamas beach days and great play areas for children. A beach bar in walking distance and a hammock on the deck provides further opportunity for relaxation.Furnished delightfully in West Indies style, complete with antiques and original paintings, the main accommodation offers a bright, airy and open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen to suit every cooks needs, breakfast bar, more formal dining and living area all with ocean views. The Master Suite features a four poster queen with access to the front deck and views of the Atlantic Ocean, two guests bedrooms offer a queen and twin accommodations. The house offers all amenities you need for a relaxing vacation including Central A/C, Ceiling fans in all rooms, Stereo, Cable TV and DVD, Internet, VHF, phone, Gas BBQ and a back-up Generator. For greater flexibility a large separate self contained 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment provides further private accommodation for additional family members or friends.
