2B/1B (1Q, 2T) Conch Quest is the epitome of the classic beach cottage. Nestled in the sand dunes right on Atlantic Ocean, it is the perfect retreat house. However if you are a surfer, this beach house happens to overlook one of Abacos best surf breaks (possibly the whole Bahamas?) It is a true reef break as the reef comes close to the beach here. It is a wonderful beach for shelling with loads of coral, sea glass and shells. The tidal pools are famous and great fun to explore as they are filled with sea creatures and treasures from the sea. This Bahamas rental home was custom built by a local boat builder. It has a lot of woodwork, high beam interiors creating a light and airy ambiance. Great Views and great location since walking to Sea Spray is a breeze. Central A/C. Bath is shared and has a tub/shower combination and outside shower - popular with children and adults alike. Master has Queen and deck entrance and 2nd room has 2 built-in twins. Whole house opens up to Sea Breezes. TV. Full Kitchen (microwave, drip coffee, toaster, BBQ grill, blender). Long, sandy beach but can be rough for swimming. Suggest Cart Rental. 10-15minute ride to town. If you want a rental boat, use complimentary public docks or rent a designated slip at Sea Spray for a nominal fee. Sophisticated surfer's house.
