Owners generously offer guests use of their washer and dryer. The commercial icemaker is conveniently located on the first floor "sand room" (can't really call it a mud room) and is perfect for driving golf carts right up and filling coolers for an afternoon of fishing, boating, exploring uninhabited islands, etc. To ensure your stay is perfect, a back up generator & a water maker are included.
