Breakfast bar leads into large kitchen with all amenities. Outside staircase joins beach level floor with 2 Guest bedrooms each with half bath/shared shower. Guest rooms (Queen in one and Choice of 2 twins or King in the other) share a large shower and kitchenette. All bedrooms have private deck entrances. Very comfortable and lovely home on one of the most beautiful beaches in Hope Town. what could be more enjoyable and relaxing than the sounds of the Atlantic ocean waves lulling you to sleep at night. Sitting on the deck overlooking the beach in the afternoons with soft breezes soothing your suntan! An easy walk to town where there is everything you need; Hope Town Coffee shop and Capt. Jack's and Harbors Edge and soooo much more. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the kitchen easy to work in. Tommy Baldwin and his wife were very helpful and of course, the people at Hopetown Hideaways extremely accomodating!!! Thank you for a great week!!

By the Sea is a real beach house - its the photo that should be next to the definition in the dictionary. I love the high ceilings, the way the porch literally hangs over the dune, the hammock swinging in the shade and you could not ask for a better swimming beach.
It is tucked away and quiet YET so close to all that makes Hope Town great. I love the little walk from By the Sea to all the little shops and restaurants in Hope Town.
Look forward to seeing you in Hope Town again.

What a beautiful cottage on a gorgeous beach in an amazing town!
Thoughtful additions like hooks EVERYWHERE for hanging wet and dry clothes, a fun outdoor shower for post beach rinses and screened in porch to enjoy the view without those pesky bugs. We will be back!

Secluded in island vegetation within a five minute walk to the boat dock and ten minute walk to town. By The Sea has all of the necessities you could possibly need. Decorated to truely make you feel you are in a beach frontcottage. Our family enjoyed immensely.
