There is a casual counter for dining or a more formal dining table overlooking the sea comfortably seating 10.
On this same level are a queen master and twin. Step down to the living room and enjoy a series of over-sized windows to capture the water views and sunsets. There is a large flat screen TV and stereo system, ipod friendly.The owner invites the use of the washer and dryer.
The glass doors open to an expansive deck with dining table. Step down to another large deck with swimming pool, chaise lounges, and covered summer kitchen. This additional outdoor dining and kitchen area offers stainless steel refrigerator and freezer drawers, gas grill, sink, overhead fans, seating for 8.
Follow the deck around to the private apartment with another Queen, mini kitchen and full bath.
Continue from the deck to the dock – there is a sitting area overlooking the sandy beach great for swimming and a dock welcoming vessels up to 70-feet (water and electric are extra).
