Living area is two stories with floor to ceiling windows capturing the gorgeous beachfront setting. Spacious open combination living room and dining room opens directly onto pool deck with ample outdoor furnishings to create outside dining and living areas. Kitchen equipped for the gourmet highlighted with Viking gas range/grill combination, subzero fridge/freezer, icemaker and all the gadgets. Bedrooms (one up and one down) both boast beach views and full baths. The main floor master features two queens and a deck entrance to pool and beach. The upper floor offers a King and oversized Jacuzzi tub/shower, twin marble sinks and balcony overlooking pool and beach. There is an adjacent sitting area that doubles as extra sleeping accommodations with a pull out queen sofa. An exterior stairwell leads guests to a double leveled terraced garden and barbecue area complete with hammocks and towering palms. Main floor surrounded with open sun and covered decks complete with lots of outdoor furnishings. In addition to dining room table home includes kitchen breakfast bar. Hammocks on deck by pool as well as relaxing shady garden hammock. Great new addition; private entrance;garden level guest quarters. Full kitchen and one bedroom with bunks custom designed to create a sand castle! The living area is over-sized and includes queen murphy bed.
