Located directly on the Atlantic Ocean, Abaco Pineapple Beach House overlooks GARBONZO REEF, a large live coral reef, famous to surfers around the world for a consistent break! Enjoy views of the sunrise or sunset from your choice of TWO top story decks facing east and west. These decks also offer magnificent views of White Sound, the Sea of Abaco and, at night, the Elbow Cay Reef lighthouse. This home is perfect for couples or groups of friends and extended families up to 12, but priced right for smaller groups. On the first floor level with the private fresh water pool, guests have choice of one master with Queen, sitting area, deck entrance and en suite bath complete with both shower and bathtub. The other three guestrooms share two full baths and include a Queen, 2 twins and two matching custom bunk beds with twin mattresses. The custom bunk room offers an additional TV and DVD player (bring DVDs, owner has a collection of VHS tapes and CDs). Not enough room? A cozy loft with a comfortable Queen Futon offers room for two additional guests. Central A/C, ceiling fans throughout, TV/VCR/DVD/satellite, CD-player, VHF, good cell phone signal (depending on your carrier), fully equipped kitchen, and gas grill. The home is decorated island style and the grounds feature tropical landscaping. Located in White Sound, guests enjoy a wide long beach with easy access to Sea Spray Marina, a full service facility with restaurant, bar, and fuel. Guests use White Sound community dock and larger boats can book a slip at the marina if electric and water are needed for their boat. Suggest golf cart. During the months of May, June, and July, this home rents from Saturday to Saturday only. Other rental periods of the year are flexible. Don’t miss out!!
