The Hibiscus Café is a local favorite that serves mouth watering American and Bahamian fare. Hibiscus cafe is located on Man-O-War Cay which is about a 10 to 15 minute boat ride from Hope Town. Lunchtime is casual with burgers, grouper and conch. Monday to Thursday, the focus is on favored cuisines such as roasted chicken fingers, grilled fish, burgers, fried conch with peas ‘n’ rice and steaks. On Friday and Saturday nights grilled lamb, fish, steaks and chicken are served for evening delicious dinners!
